The reasons may be different (insufficient balance, wrong card number, etc.) In most cases your bank provides us with specific payment details that we can show you. However sometimes a bank does not provide information about the refusal. If you see an error message “Unsuccessful payment”, please do the following:

  • Pay with another card or choose another method of payment;
  • Contact your bank and ask why your payment was unsuccessful
